Mum's style cocolets

The cocolets are little chickens. This recipe is sweet and salty. The meat of this little chicken is very tender and it combines perfectly with the pineapple. This is a classic Mum's recipe in which the contrast between the butter browned over the chicken peel with the pineapple is perfect.










Ingredients
(2 persons):
2 cocolets
A half pineapple
4 cloves
Soy
Butter
Salt
Peeper

Peel the pineapple and cut it in big squares like you can see in the picture. Reserve the rests of the pineapple and stuff each cocolet with this rests, salt, peeper, 2 cloves and a teaspoon of butter.

Put the cocolets in a container for the oven. Add on each cocolet a teaspoon os butter and put a little of soy sauce in the base. Put the pineapple squares.

Bake it at medium heat for 1 hour. Slow down the temperature if the cocolets brown enough or rise it if the peel of the cocolet are not brown.
